Metered Fare Structure

• Initial charge (first 117 metres or part thereof): $5.75

• Each additional 117 metres or part thereof: $0.25

• Waiting time (per 28 seconds while engaged): $0.25

• Hand luggage, groceries, wheelchairs, walkers, and similar items: Included in fare.

• Packages or articles 3 cubic feet or larger: Included in fare.

• 10% off the metered rate for deliveries with no passengers.

• Flat rates are fixed and not eligible for discounts.

• $40 surcharge applies for van use involving large articles.

• Rates are based on time and distance, approved by the Town of Oakville.

• In-town trips: $6.75 fee for cancellations after dispatch.

• Out-of-town trips: Meter rates apply to the Oakville border if cancelled after dispatch.

• Avoid charges by cancelling at least 20 minutes before dispatch for in-town trips and 2 hours for out-of-town trips.

Need more space? Our minivans accommodate groups of 5 or 6 passengers.

• Reservations required.

• $20 surcharge per trip applies.

• 10% off in-town trips with proof of age.

• Not valid on flat-rate trips or fares under $10.00.

• Discounts do not apply to flat-rate fares.
